Blue Heron Yoga teaches that Yoga is for everyday living - and what's more everyday than driving or riding in your car? You may have a long commute, travel a great deal for business, or planning a cross-country car trip. Here are some great stretches and muscle "de-stressers" that will take only a few minutes, but can make a big difference in your personal well-being.

 

When driving, drink lots of water and  take frequent stretch breaks.  These stretches loosen the hips and  hamstrings, shoulders, arms and neck. Hold each for three to five deep breaths...Feel refreshed and renewed and enjoy the view!
