Welcome to Blue Heron Yoga

Blue Heron Yoga is accepting new students at this time.  Classes are on Wednesday evenings from 4:45-6 pm and on Tuesday mornings at 10:30 am for Beginner's Stretch and Relax and Thursday mornings from 10:30 -11:45 am for Women's Yoga Lab.

Private lessons are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Blue Heron Yoga in the News!

No matter the season, Dea Jacobson is on a mission to keep the minds and bodies of her Surface Creek neighbors fit and limber. She teaches a variety of yoga, meditation and fitness classes for all genders and she’s particularly proud of her men’s yoga group.
