Wanting some yoga classes during the pandemic? We at Blue Heron are creating a new way to experience and enjoy classes safely. If you have friends or family members you interact with frequently (your "pod") a small class can be held in the Cedaredge studio, at your home or virtually on Zoom or Facetime. Class size is limited to 3 members in the studio, 5 ar home. Contact Dea at 970 210 8587 for more information on Pod Yoga!
Individual home lessons are also a great way to work out those kinks and sore spots we all have challenges with.
Experience a different kind of yoga with Yoga Therapist and Instructor Dea Jacobson.
Dea specializes in pain management and helping her clients through the changes of age, the healing of traumatic injuries and chronic disease and recovery from life's unexpected challenges.
"As a practice, Yoga is more than physical exercises. It works on many levels, from the physical state to the mental, emotional and spiritual planes. It as about cultivating a path to a place of inner peace and security that sustains us regardless of external circumstances. So I feel that my role as a teacher of Yoga is to open paths for students to develop and maintain a state of centered, calm focus in an ever-changing world.”
